Pretty good pay for a retail job.

Don’t think about employee needs. Make you work unreal hours as salary team because they refuse to allocate hours to stores but still demand the same amount of work as the stores that receive unlimited payroll. They expect everything but give you zero resources. This is part of the reason they pay so well.
