DSG leadership is very focused on looking around corners and making sure we are proactive in transforming/evolving our business to lead into the future. We take competitors seriously and ask critical questions of our business, but believe we are going to win and have confidence/conviction toward growth. We believe the store teams and our DCs are the most important talent in our company. It's not a BS mantra, we really do. We are constantly trying to do the right thing by our people, with an intense focus on what it means to our store and DC teammates.

Many priorities and we work fast. This can lead to times when we need to re-center and focus on what's important. Leadership does a good job of recognizing this and we do our best to ensure prioritization to avoid burnout.
