Vantaggi
They offer what's called LEPC, or Leave Early Per Command. This is offered when it is slow and queues are low.
Svantaggi
The culture creates a very condescending environment for employees that are still agents and have not yet moved up into management. This particular site is planning on taking on a lot of third party projects- this is because DISH cashed out on temping out their employees. Recently they had done a TurboTax project that selected 100 employees and it was not optional to withdraw from the project. They flat out informed us, the only way to get out is to be fired or quit. The project was a mess and only 9 employees were in production. The catcher was that before the project even started, during the project, and even after the project the employees that were actually doing the work were never informed as to WHY we had to take phone calls for another company and management would condescendingly smile and say "Because we're doing the project. If you don't like it, oh well". There are coaches sleeping with upper management, team leads sleeping with agents, and lots of drama. If you value your work ethic please do not work here. They use the tactic of nit-picking your work even when your metrics are wonderful, instead of trying to help you promote. You will not hear the words "Great work" once you're out of training. It's an extremely caddy environment and to be frank, if you're smart enough to do your research and lookup the company on GlassDoor, then you are too smart to work here. TV will be obsolete soon in the business industry, your time and effort is better invested elsewhere.
