There is so much going for this company from the top level down. It looks great at trade shows, and wall street. At a higher view many great things are happening that will carry the company profitably for years to come. The view from the top does not reflect the view at the bottom where the real work happens. They are trying to change, but it is very slow going.

This is a company that prevents itself (schizophrenically) from capitalizing on its potential. The same line level people that make senior manager's bonuses are treated very poorly. Senior-level management is rewarded for squeezing every ounce of life from their employees. They only see employees as numbers on reports. They are ten years behind regarding how to treat employees.
