Free service after a short period of time (pay for equipment only), upbeat work environment (can get noisy--on purpose, to keep us "stimulated" is my guess), free lunches/snacks, nice clean work space, some of the nicest people I've ever worked with.

Logic does not exist and middle-management is protected from any sort of accountability, training is poor (on purpose is my guess) and wearing down an unhappy customer to have them succumb and not cancel is rewarded-- doing the right or logical thing is often met with punishment of some sort (Tiers, manager reprimand, etc...). Corporate is so removed from what the agents do. Hours and lack of flexibility makes for a poor life/work balance, sometimes asking (secretly requiring) overtime, meanwhile call queues can get so low that VTO is offered, but frowned upon if the agent takes it.
