With the adoption of a company-wide strategic plan in 2013, DKS has begun to address the concerns regarding independent office operations and improve collaboration among our locations. We are excited to have many of our professional staff participating in critical strategic initiatives including creating a uniform approach to marketing, consistent rewards for company performance, better communication of our Employee Stock Ownership Program, and redefinition of our career path. We have also revamped our medical insurance plan to introduce a high deductible option with a fully paid premium for employees and a Health Savings Account.
