There really are no cons that I can think of, caring , loving environment for clients and employees.

They say they are a “Christian” agency

The most toxic work environment I’ve ever witnessed. Rife with nepo babies, passive-aggressive culture, leaders with Jesus/God complexes, account people who have no idea how to do their job, and clients who no respectable agency would work with. I once asked a group of employees to name any professional accomplishments that were proud of ... they couldn’t name a single thing. They even began to resent me for asking the question. There is so much anger here because the employees know they are wasting their lives. You can feel the stagnation and dreariness right when you walk through the doors. Working at DKY is like stepping back in time twenty years: zero diversity, jokes with racist overtones, fear-based management, constant client-blaming—not to mention—all the work looks and reads like it was produced in 1997.
