I was an employee at DM for almost 4 years and had the privilege to work with the Creative Team in helping the company grow and evolve into what it is today. From an artistic standpoint, it was a great opportunity and creative endeavor to work on all of the brands at DM and in turn making the DM brand itself more fun and modern. DM is a family run business, and they treat each of their employees like family as well. I’ve worked in a lot of corporate environments, and I don’t believe I have ever worked for owners that genuinely care about each employee the way DM does. This is a very admirable characteristic for a company and owner to have.
