      I have been with DMB Financial for almost 3 years now. DMB is a fantastic place to work and encourage an open friendly workplace. They work hard to make sure every person is knowledgeable and do continuous training that is both helpful and informative. Every situation in which I have had to approach management has been a positive one. Each time they take the time to listen to my concerns and address each one of them without making me feel like I am a bother. We also foster a positive work environment - from potluck days, pizza parties, birthday celebrations, holiday parties and even a Friday group song. I think anyone who works here would say the same thing - upon arriving we never looked back !

      My only suggestion for improvement would be more earned vacation time.

      I enjoy working at DMB Financial for many reasons. It is a very comfortable atmosphere with friendly co-workers and very knowledgeable management that is always willing to help you when needed. I enjoy the fact that I am truly helping our clients better their unfortunate situations they have found themselves in. I also have found that all my hard work is rewarded by the company as well. I have been working here for over a year and a half at this point. I can say without question this is the best job I have ever had.

      The only draw back for me is that the office is 40 miles away from home. I must say though, it is certainly worth the trip.
