As I wasn’t there long I did not see many pros

I was let go after only three weeks, even though I was given a very heavy workload right from the start and was provided little to no training or support. I felt like I wasn’t given the space to ask questions or learn, and mistakes weren’t treated as part of the process. Expectations weren’t very clear, and considering they knew my background when they hired me, it felt unfair to be judged so quickly. Overall, it felt like I was set up to fail rather than supported to succeed.

None, avoid if you value your mental health

Please avoid at all costs-Bullying tactics are central here. Racism, bullying from top management, the owner says horrible things to her employees and behind their backs, particularly to those of non-Irish ethnicity, but it is still awful for those of Irish ethnicity. Constant bullying, seriously high staff turnover and constant threatening texts. Awful on mental health of employees. Please avoid this company
