Favoritism, disorganized and an absolute lack of communication - Recensione dipendente - Associate presso DMD Systems Recovery

There's an extreme disconnect and lack of communication between leadership and the employee's. As it seems that leadership knows very little as to what most of their employees do and at times will give incorrect information to their employees. I have never worked with an employer as disorganized or as unprofessional as this one which is concerning considering they are trusted with the destruction of peoples personal data. Favoritism is rampant, some employees will be given extra support, be held to different expectations and provided more leeway then others regardless of their work ethic. There is also very little space to ask for raises here. My advice to anyone potentially thinking of applying here would be to avoid it.
