-Conscientious and supportive management structure to develop senior and junior staff. -A genuinely collegiate environment where people want to support the whole business rather than just their own individual desks. -A good balance between professionalism and fun. -Management always open to constructive development ideas from anyone in the business.

Any issues or 'growing pains' which have manifested in the past have been dealt with in a very considered and mature manner by the Directors. Therefore nothing to speak of currently.
