Good service gig - Recensione dipendente - Barback presso DMK Restaurants

I thought that DMK was a good balance of "feeling like a family" and maintaining a level of professionalism. I've been at restaurants that feel overly corporate, as well as places with a lot of micromanagement. I think DMK avoids both of these issues.
