Good pay compared to minimum wage. If you produce you won't get what you deserve. The owner is a miser. The management is totally dishonest. The customer service is the worst it could possible be. The company will withhold your last commission check and make you go to the labor board to try and get it back. The company doesn't care about it's customers and especially the reputations of the sales people.
