      -IT system has outgrown the business and new systems are being developed and implemented. As with any project of this magnitude there is extra work. -Workload is unpredictable resulting in significant variability from day to day which makes planning difficult at times.

The current IT transformation is a heavy lift, and we appreciate the extra effort from teams across the company to help move us forward.       The people you work with directly are fantastic. Everyone is dedicated, supportive, and truly works hard to help each other succeed. The overall company culture among regular staff is positive and collaborative.

      Upper management seems disconnected from the day-to-day operations and lacks clear direction. The C-suite, in particular, often comes across as rude and indifferent to the concerns of the employees. There's a general feeling that the company is overstaffed, leading to inefficiencies and a lack of focus. The CEO appears unqualified for the position, which has led to a lack of strategic vision for the company's future.
