Incompetent management that treats staff with a total lack of respect. Company values of excellence, empathy etc are a complete joke! Moral is at an all-time low, people are leaving in droves. This company has NO future! Instead of treating people well and communicating honestly and openly,senior team has resorted to hiring a brand management team to mop up the mess. More money spent unwisely
