Great people. Great facilities. Flexible hrs. I've been assigned great shots. A lot of the people I know work long hrs during the week and also get lots of paid overtime (weekends). I have had very little over time.

The artist managers fail to utilise artists strengths. You sometimes wonder if your artist manager has ever read your resume. To move up you have to be know the right people. A bit if an old boys club. Not so easy for women to move up. Very little over time...they only pay for weekend overtime. I would like more paid over time. The annual reviews are a joke, they try to make you feel like your not doing a good job to justify no pay increase. Production assign little time to do the job right. They often decide how many days to do a task before the task has been created, and they want the supes to stick to that schedule. The pay is low for the price of Living in London.
