Our culture is dynamic and innovative to suit a transient market – we appreciate it’s not a fit for everyone as the speed technology moves quickly, it can be a challenge for those with different backgrounds. In our quest for making DNM a meaningful work place, over the last 6 months we engaged in an Employee Engagement Initiative – we deployed tools and methods to capture feedback to continually adjust management practices while improving the work environment. One of the tools we use is an independent survey platform (TinyPulse), and has us at a score of 7 (benchmark 7.5) on how happy you are at work, but more importantly 7 (bench mark 7.2) on how valued you feel at work. With still some work to do, we are improving all the time. Testament to this is that we recently had two DNM leavers re-join.
