Overworked, bad Management - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso DOMU Brands

Made to stay after hours, contracted hours are 9.00am - 17.30pm. On numerous occasions they made me stay until 1.00 and 2.00am in the morning and not for extra pay. and on weekends too. Management are a joke, they do not know how to run the place, very unprofessional. my manager was friendly but came across as intimidating. immature and not good at managing the team. I only worked here a couple of months as i couldn't cope with the lack of sleep and stress it was causing plus the place seemed pretty much a big shambles.
