I can easily say that it is one of the best company cultures that I have worked with. I don’t see any major problem as it also acts as enabling constraint. Working with a distributed team is a challenge and I have to come up with new ideas to get the message across. And that’s how you grow. It will be great to meet colleagues more often and travel around. On a side note, we do have quarterly kick-off that serves this purpose to a certain extent.
