Has great benefits, executive leadership is extremely approachable, encourages enjoyment, fun both on and off the job. Listens to each persons wishes on how they want their career to proceed.

      Some of the self-perform divisions run a little slower than others. When coordinating or scheduling projects with some SPW divisions, it can require a constant hand to guide them through the process, depending on how busy they are.
