The manager is relatively young, does not know how to treat senior citizen employees and is constantly pressuring them to meet unrealistic high sales goals. The manager has no understanding that each Costco has a different type of clientele as well as foot traffic and that sales levels vary accordingly. He also texts threatening messages past 9pm in the evening!
