9yThank you for your comments. We know compensation is one of several key elements that drives employee satisfaction. We won’t see eye-to-eye with every employee on this topic, but we do aim to reward individual results and set compensation based on individual as well as team performance. We believe that our compensation framework is fair and competitive and promotes the outcomes and values we feel are important.
When it comes to expenses, we regularly review how they’re allocated, look for ways to reduce them where it makes sense, and focus on how to get more productivity out of our trading strategies. It’s not always easy but we are always looking for ways to be better.
