Managers (likely) look at your resume and use a dart against a board to choose your title. There is no learning path or path to change your title unless you have a manager or boss that really likes you.

DRW values my input and ideas, and allows me to explore new ways of conducting surveillance. The firm is not afraid to try things that may not work out in the end.
