Super helpful feedback -- we definitely have a lot of "lifers" at DRW and you're right that it's going to be important for us to do more to ensure we're sharing their knowledge!
DRW values my input and ideas, and allows me to explore new ways of conducting surveillance. The firm is not afraid to try things that may not work out in the end.
