desks are siloed and it might suck if you get placed some bad desks

As we say, we take our work seriously, ourselves less so. We are competitive and seek to win in the markets, but we also believe excellence means having a culture where people can be themselves and thrive.
DRW values my input and ideas, and allows me to explore new ways of conducting surveillance. The firm is not afraid to try things that may not work out in the end.

You have to have the confidence to push forward. People will help and guide you, but you must initiate the activity.
