We definitely have plenty of interesting work and hard problems. For some the autonomy is a pro, for other's its not and it's a balance we're always thinking about, so thanks for the feedback.
DRW values my input and ideas, and allows me to explore new ways of conducting surveillance. The firm is not afraid to try things that may not work out in the end.
