Terrible - Recensione dipendente - Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative presso DSI Logistics

Like any other retail orientated business, holidays can be stressful.

Free time, Not having your boss standing over you. Work/Life isn't bad if you have the right set up.

Will lie to you and tell you one thing and do another. Promises will not be upheld, they say one thing and do another. Their website states how well they all work together but yet people keep leaving left and right. Two Directors have left the company and they where just point blank gone, but their own choice. Promises have been made to me and at the end they waited to the last minute and they Laid me off the day that I was to move. They then kept me on the line and told me that they wanted to bring me back and months and months have gone by and they keep telling me story after story. One hand doesn't talk to the other and employees are seeing these things and are looking for new jobs and are leavings. My Client canceled all services due to those reasons not due to something that I did or didnt do. They are very unhappy to this day with the way that they have been treated by this company and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
