Poor benefits, pay, and leadership - Recensione dipendente - Customer Service (CSR) presso DSV

The benefits are poor. The pay is not good, with no raises or discussions of pay raises. Leadership is very apathetic with very little communication. Morale has gone down significantly in the last year. Paid time off including holidays were reduced.
