They aren't interested in listening to reason from mid level managers, and mid level managers take this out on the lower level. Staffing issues - You will have no one to help you or train you. Misleading Profit reporting to employees - Profit through making cuts. No Growth - You're far more likely to be contracted on and over looked than you are to actually grow at the company. They will lie and tell you otherwise. You'll spend years waiting for that to come to fruition.
