There are a lot of growth opportunities here which is great if you are just starting or transitioning from a different career. They do a good job of hiring people who work well together and for the most part, we get along well. Upper management has an open-door policy across the board so getting help completing tasks or moving things forward is super easy.

Training isn't super thorough, on one end it helped me take initiative. On the other end, mistakes are made that could have easily been avoided if there was an actual training process for my role. Most of the other roles here get pretty intensive training but when I was hired I was trained by someone who wasn't my supervisor which resulted in me doing large parts of her job. This wasn't found out until she left because we work in a part of the office that is not really near our actual team. The part of my job that was supposed to be the focus wasn't presented as a priority leading to expectations that weren't communicated being missed. I like to prevent problems, but that is impossible to do when the training process is to learn by making mistakes you don't know you're making.
