      The culture and environment are what have kept me here I cannot imagine myself working anywhere else. The heights that I have been pushed to are visible I’ve been here for a year now and it’s changed my whole life, work and personal. It is a beautiful system, but if you are not willing to put in the effort most likely this is not the role for you.
