      Great place for promotion, Team Interactions and Charitable Contributions for our Community. Understanding Upper Management who promote growth for teammates. Great extra perks offered to all teammates by way of Lab Week, Team Days, Annual Celebrations and departmental celebrations. There is no other company that offers this kind of teammate interactions anywhere that I have found. I have enjoyed this company since I joined here 3 years ago. I am treated more than fairly and have been able to move up in this company in the short time I have been here. The work is hard but the management is fair and will listen.

      I have no Cons to note. In every job there are things we don't like to do. You get through them. This is what it means to have the responsibility of a job. If I have issues I take them to my manager who works with me to find a solution. There is nothing worth noting.

      Patient connections is rewarding work, great hands on experience, paid on the job training, training for PCTs is at least consistent.

      12+ hour long hours, emotionally and physically taxing, unqualified management, poor communication, inconsistent scheduling, high turn over, very little amount of opportunity for movement within the company despite preaching that they encourage it. The culture and values are heavily spoken about with little to no enforcement. The position requires significant dedication to learn all the moving parts of the clinic.
