DaVita as a whole is a reputable corporate citizen, and contributes significantly to our communities. Endless growth and development opportunities for those who want it. Every teammate can attend Academy, which is a 2-day indoctrination into the DaVita way (it's actually really cool) We honestly strive to do the right thing. They encourage fun at work, and I do appreciate that.

This place works it's teammates to death and doesn't pay accordingly. Annual merit increases are a joke, and work life balance is a myth. Turnover is incredibly high, and those who stick around suffer from it. DaVita has the potential to truly be something different and special, but they've got some things they need to figure out first. They also have an unusually high number of Mormons in key leadership positions-not sure what that's about. They also push new initiatives and programs at a breakneck pace. It's absolutely exhausting.
