They love to eat! Seems like everytime you turn around, lunch is brought in for the team because of meetings. They're really good about including other teamates even if your not included in the meeting. People love to have fun and you really don't have anyone breathing down your neck.

Pay rate is too low. Found out that another teamate is making two more dollars on the hour more than me. We were hired six months apart but for the same position. It's really hard to prove you are worth every penny. Raise time came and some (not all) were given a 1.3% increase! That's not even the cost of living! It's like pulling teeth to get the pay tou feel you deserve. Found out that the CEO of the company donates his entire salary to chairity. That's a good thing but, when your bonuses are bigger than your salary and you write your salary off on your income taxes....somethings wrong!
