Vantaggi
The pay is pretty good for part-time and hours are very reasonable as long as it's busy. Once you get the hang of the system for data entry (which doesn't take too long to learn), the work is very easy. The customers for the most part are incredibly nice and understanding. It's a quiet work environment, especially when it's not too busy, and you can read books from the catalog in between calls. The supervisors are very friendly and helpful.
Svantaggi
The work can be very repetitive and boring, which may not bother someone if they are just part-time. If it's slow, you might be sent home early, which can be a pro, but a con if you need the hours. Some customers, just like at any retail job, are really rude or strange, but they are rare.
