Working here was like getting a master class in how to reach millions of customers, seeing your work have a direct impact on a profitable, growing business. The founders put a lot of effort in hiring talented and nice co-workers and fostering a collaborative environment, and they do listen to feedback. They've been steadily improving both the working environment and benefits as the business has grown stronger. I learned 3 times as many useful skills here than at any other company I've worked for.

A company undergoing rapid growth isn't for everyone. People who prefer corporate bureaucracy or cliques over direct open communication and solving problems together would not be happy.

* I was allowed to work mostly remotely, and only had to come in office 1 day a week * Great lunches prepared for us when I was working at the office that 1 day a week

* Some of the other remote workers were petty and difficult * I've heard the company was bought out and is under new management, so I have no idea if everything has completely changed since I last worked there.

I have to agree with the reviews above for the following comments. "Things are unnecessarily confusing, intentionally ambiguous and always very last minute. " "Management consumed by control tactics, mind games and power moves. Pettiness above all else." THIS IS SO True. pettiness and gaslighting creates a FEAR culture. "This trickles down to employees and creates toxicity." Extremely TOXIC environment. "passive aggressive comments" Passive aggressive comments are the norm. Very immature leadership. "This creates unnecessary tension and competition between departments and employees." VERY VERY high school "Mean girl mentality. "This is corporate bureaucracy and clique mentality. The employee turnover speaks for itself. Don’t do it." Agree 100% This company is not run like a professional operation and has ZERO north star leadership.
