Vantaggi

- DailyPay provides a diverse and inclusive environment that allows all employees to thrive through their personal endeavors and in career-related goals. - Within my department specifically, sitting in Revenue, there is a terrific focus on the end-to-end customer journey that allows you exposure to varied areas of Revenue, from sales to partner success. A newly formed essential team that supports all areas of Revenue and beyond is the enablement team which keeps the Revenue team supported, informed, and equipped to succeed. - The training and learning opportunities are second to none. Within Revenue, the enablement team has a 90 day bootcamp that sets you up for success from Day 1. Past that, there is a continued focus on education with twice weekly engaging training sessions. The framework put in place to enable and drive our success is second to none. - I’ve been lucky to have had incredible direct leadership, being managed in a way that allows me to have a balance of guidance, mentorship, and freedom to take responsibility on my own right. - A progressive work environment where your voice is heard and you can make a true impact in your work but also in a fast-evolving industry that is shaping the world of pay.

Svantaggi

Svantaggi

Mismatch between stated company values and internal culture. Employee well-being is not a priority, despite the internal claims of a commitment to it. DailyPay is a true corporate environment in all the worst ways: men get away with bad, unprofessional behavior for far too long, and leaders in the company in general are cultivated to be micromanagers who do not trust the employees they hired and do not create an environment of trust in their team. In less than a year after my hiring, my boss was forced out for reportedly bullying a team member. His replacement (who was one of his earliest hires and who led the charge for junior members to report him to HR] was put in his place and turned the ante up on controlling, boundary-crossing, routine dishonesty, backstabbing, and bullying behavior on the team. Its less like a workplace and more like a bad season of Succession/Survivor.
