If you can suck up you can climb up! ... Just dont speak up against wrong doings and you will be fine. Also very good at fooling the customers. They do a good job at selling useless systems and solutions to the customer.

Direction less management style. Mid management is a complete mess. Managers party on company money and justify it as networking when all they do is just drink and get wasted. When faced with a problem they chicken out and blame the operational staff! Non existent management skills. The staff is just too overworked and at the end of the day get fired on a regular basis. The company has been in loss for 4+ years now and none of the managerial staff has ever got fired. The intelligent ones have left , leaving behind a bunch of useless , unethical and superficial managers who are basically rotting what is left of the company.
