A very bad social atmosphere. No corporate and employee culture whatsoever. It is a family owned business and they do not spend a single penny to further employee satisfaction. You come to work, grind your ass, and then go back home. That is the daily life.There is no upper management as every thing is controlled by the owners who sit in the office.
