I didn't enjoy my time at Dapasoft - Recensione dipendente - Software Developer presso Dapasoft

I worked at Dapasoft for a couple of weeks now before quitting. I just feel the environment isn't right for me. The CEO is very rude and unprofessional especially during my job interview he said he'll hire me because - He likes my personality. (nice and easy going) - I'm not an a$_ h0le (not wanting a higher salary.) - I'm cheap (My salary is really low and he seems to be proud of it.) He asked me a few technical questions but my answers weren't quite right. He told me to record what I have just said, go back home, take a nice shower, smoke some w33d, then replay the recording. My face was beat red and I wanted to leave the room because of the way he made fun of me. I sometimes hear him curse when he's talking to other coworkers. Very rude. Also my project manager is very very serious and I never seen him smile. He looks at me as if I did something wrong. I try to avoid him because I don't feel comfortable around him.
