Everything else. As a GM, we had very little input to hiring decisions for restaurant managers. It was handled by director and HR. The management team was not good and was difficult to turn over.. you had to jump through hoops with HR and they were always hesitant to terminate. Same thing with hourly employees. Hours, schedule, and stress level were the reasons I left.
