Drama filled and full of disrespectful actions by managment - Recensione dipendente - Server presso Darden

Gossip and lots of talking about employees behind their backs. Many unncessesary comments made and lies told about people behind their back and then to their face. It was like working in a junior high. There is no respect for anyone and there was absolutely no professionalism among the managment members located at the restaurant. I cannot say the same for regional or district as I am not certain.
