I really did enjoy my job at one of the Darden restaurants I worked at but the drama and no opportunity for advancement was too much. It was very difficult for me to make the choice to leave but I had to.

No advancement even though I was training for it, they kept stringing me along Too much drama between servers and bartenders, but that is every restaurant!
