NO job security, at least not anymore. New upper management doesn't care about the employees and doesn't value it's long term employees. No one wants to advance because everyone who did in the past, got transferred out and/or demoted due to "cut backs" that were cause by poor management choices. "Management Choices" meaning they put the wrong people into Upper Management.
