Awful - Recensione dipendente - Material Handler presso Dart Container

Everything else. I was nearly worked to death and had to beg for help just to be told it wasn't possible. The work load was crushing and I honestly think I have ptsd from dealing with management along with the amount of work I was forced to keep up with everyday. I went home crying most nights. The heat is unbearable in the summer and people get sent to the ER every year for heatstroke. I tried multiple times to move up and the only people working higher up are male, so I wasn't given the opportunity and my applications weren't even being seen when I had the opportunity to ask if they had in person. So it's a sexist workplace and if you're female you're not going to get anywhere in here.
