      Open atmosphere, nice people, nice buildings, nice cafe, room for growth, nice tribute garden and walking path. it's nice there.

      Some favoritism, increases are slightly under par based on employee's successful contributions and efforts are not realized. There are lazy people who get away with doing nothing.
