      the great pay and benefits. The location of plant is close to my home.I like the idea of working 2 days on and off 2 days. I like having every other weekend off. I like being paid every week.

      Haven't worked in a while just a little bit worried about working 12 hour shifts after not working in a few years but quite confident I will be able to adjust.
