When i left it was a mutual agreement that it wasn't the right position for me due to the young culture and myself being an adult (which i completely agreed) 1 week later i received the letter of termination saying poor behaviour and attitude ( I only wished I had record the meeting of us agreeing mutually parting ways. overall a very bad experience at Darwin and to which i am now finding out they have a bad reputation within there industry
