Little lack of guidance/process for youngsters, but they are working on it.

It is an amazing consulting company to work for. The biggest strength is the people who make this company. From partners to interns, there is a large diversity of talent, experience, and interests. Secondly, although the company is a consultancy and primarily sells services, it has a start-up mindset, where you are actually building something for the client. The tech aspect is also quite strong and well integrated. It offers a great work-life balance, given the industry. All in all, a great company to work in.

The brand recognition is relatively limited. This is understandable given the company's size, and it does not prevent the company from working with large clients. However, it is an area that could be further strengthened in the coming years.
